Fees / Terms

My fees vary depending upon how you are funded:

Self-Funding Clients

Please contact Siobhan for fee information either by telephone, email or via the online contact form

Insurance Funded Therapy

Siobhan is an approved therapist for the following Health Insurance Companies:

BUPA, Aviva, AXA PPP Healthcare, Cigna and PruHealth.

Some insurance companies may require that your GP or a Consultant Psychiatrist refer you before you can start therapy.

Please note: Insurance services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please contact your insurer to check:

  • You have mental health insurance
  • How many sessions per year your health insurance covers
  • What the coverage amount per therapy session is
  • Whether you require approval from your GP

In the unusual event of the insurers refusing to settle the claim, you will be responsible for meeting the costs. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice, or do not attend a session, the fee is still payable and the insurers will be invoiced.

Indirectly Funded Clients

If your fees are paid by somebody else (e.g. solicitors, employers, relatives) written confirmation will be required stating that they will be responsible for all of your fees. An invoice will be sent to them directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.  For sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged.  Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with 48 hours’ notice or more.
